That's what I'm feeling like today. I just want toast. Nice, succulent buttery toast with marmite on it.
What a treat. What bliss.
So when I was at the supermarket today I bought a loaf of my favourite gluten free shop bought bread:
I put some left over coleslaw, cheese and mayo on it - wow, it was amazing. There is nothing like that toasty texture to make me feel better.Butter trickled down my arm because I was holding it on an angle. It's funny how something like that becomes a kind of treat when you don't eat much toast.
What do you eat when you feel gross?

I so know what you mean real buttery toast what a dream! I can only get my hands on one type of decent GF bread and its so expensive I have to leave it until special occasions but when I do have it boy do I love it! x x
