I've been trying to eat extra healthy recently, it's been great... but hard. My Nana is visiting and she always brings us chocolate, so I've been eating quite a bit of that... and chips. Yeah. Somehow I find it impossible to say 'No' to salted potato chips.
But apart from that?
I've been eating lots of veggies.
I've also had a head-cold for the past week, so the whole exercise thing has gone out the window. Obviously I'm not very determined. But honestly, if you were finding it hard enough to breathe all the time, why put yourself through the pain of exercise?! Am I right?

This is jasmine tea. It's healthy and I've been drinking it. (ok, ok, coffee too.)
